The definition of identity; the characteristics of one, unique person with traits that nobody else has but when you look around; do you see that happening? Is it possible to ever show your true identity? Would anyone notice? Do you cower at the thought of showing your private identity? Do you change your identity because of other people's perspectives? All these questions; but no true answers.

It's really easy to keep your real identity private; but how easy is it to show? We all know the true place that people show their true identity is when we're with ourselves; alone. Bullying is common; among adults too which reverts everyone to acting like everyone wants them to.  It's the same thing with racism; stereotypes. We make fun of different races because we think they act a certain way that separates us from them (in a bad way). But they might be doing the same thing as well without us even knowing.

Being judged by someone you know or don't know by the way you dress or the way you talk shouldn't be important to anybody but that's what people do all the time. If you're sad, people tell you to change your mood so you keep your feelings to yourself. You wear a big, fake smile, a mask for the rest of the day, letting no one know that you're really feeling down. And for interviews, oh don’t even get me started. You have to dress all fancy for the 'professionals' and sound very smart and responsible while they judge you on your profession. Sometimes you don't even get the job after trying to act all formal! In the real world it's impossible to even be yourself if you wanted to. Here's a good example; Marilyn Manson, the best death rock singer in America was framed for encouraging bad behavior that started the shooting in Columbine in 1999. People thought he worshipped Satan and all that which influenced him to teach kids bad things.

Speaking of the internet, the internet is like a place to escape from reality, a place to be whatever you want to be. Sounds great right? It's not as it seems. Even on the internet, you can get bullied-excuse me, cyberbullied. Some people have found a way to steal celebrities' identities to look popular and famous, seeing that they can't get blamed for doing stupid things because, well, they're stealing someone's identity! You might even be bullying people on the internet as much as people are bullying you. Yes you heard me right, YOU. Since nobody really knows who you are, you could bully anyone. ANYONE. But of course there's no way you can get away with it. Which reminds me; what do people think of you on the internet? Do you act like your true self on the internet? Is it a place you come home to everyday to chat with fantasied people? As you answer those questions in your head; it's time to conclude the story of the day.

Be confident in real identity, don't listen to thing's people say because remember, hiding on the internet is no different. So the question is; do you believe in your own identity?
